Top 5 star hotel seeks an experienced 5 star candidate who has a proven track record in overseeing large C&B operations. 5 star standards are essential for this role coupled to strong man-management skills. You will be overseeing events as large as 1000 persons thus organisational capabilities must be at the highest level. The right candidate will have worked in C&B operations at a 5* venue, be hard-working and have lead both small and large teams at a wide variety of events from conferencing to Asian weddings.
